My room booking was for a Deluxe AC Room through MakeMyTrip, but after I paid they gave me a Non-AC room instead. When I showed the booking to the receptionist, an old man at the desk, he was rude and arrogant and acted as if the room were free. He rejected my request and put two of us in a filthy, very low-grade Non-AC room with only one bed. They also asked for ₹25 upfront for one bottle of drinking water. I found the downgrade, the room, and the way we were treated disgraceful. I’d tell people never to book here, since it could waste your money and ruin your trip.

The rooms are comfortable, well kept, and good value for the tariff, making for a pleasant stay in Raichur. The hotel is about 2 km from Raichur bustand. Service needs to become more timely.

There’s no restaurant in the hotel, and I’m not sure how it got a 2 star rating. The room facilities were poor too: the TV remote was broken, the AC didn’t work properly, and there were no proper amenities like towels or a bathroom kit. The staff’s manner was very rude. I complained about the hotel to HRACC (minister of tourism) and asked them to audit it again and revoke the 2 star rating. I also need to file a case over the way the hotel behaved.

It’s too costly for what you get, and not worth the money. You have to buy water to drink, and the tariff changes depending on which manager is at reception. The hotel and staff service are both terrible.

Staff were rude and the service was awful. They checked our room without permission. Better find another hotel.
