Hotel Accord Premier

My team and I come to Raigarh every month and usually stay at this hotel. We’d never had a problem before, but after what happened yesterday, we won’t stay again. My sister came to visit, and I’d told the front desk in advance. Her ID was submitted, and permission was eventually given after a lot of asking. Then Mr. Sushant called later to say an hour had passed and she couldn’t stay. It made me feel as if we were there for some improper reason, and I felt insulted. Hotel rules allow visitors during the day with ID, so I don’t understand why personal rules were applied here. Please look into it. Something similar happened once before when I was going for a morning walk. I’d paid in full, but was still told to leave, which was insulting. Other hotels in Raigarh treat their teams much more respectfully. I can prove this in front of him too.

I come here regularly for my monthly visits to Raigarh and have always had a good stay. The food is really nice, and the rooms are clean, though some walls in a few rooms need fixing. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We went there on 19 05 2026. There was a dirty tissue paper in the food we ordered, so I’d say they need to pay attention to hygiene.

The atmosphere was lovely, and we enjoyed both the hospitality and the taste. It was all just right, a good experience.
