Great location, nice staff, and a really good hotel.

We booked online, but after seeing the room and the state of the place in person, we canceled straight away. The rooms weren't clean, and the facilities didn't feel worth what they charge. It has the feel of an OYO-type property. I wouldn't recommend it to families.

The breakfast was the only thing I liked. The room felt suffocating, and there were rats roaming around. We had to stay because we'd prepaid and couldn't get a refund.

My first visit here was really nice, but the next time was a letdown. The rooms weren't clean, and the sheets and pillows looked used. There was no ventilation, and gaps between the wall and the wooden door beams meant someone could peek inside. We asked to switch rooms, but the replacement had the same issue.

The bathroom, sheets, and blankets were dirty, and the rooms weren't as clean as the photos suggested. The doors didn't shut properly, and the TV only had DD1, with no cable. Service wasn't proper either. This may suit couples, but families probably won't like it.
