The place felt safe, and it was easy to find near the junction. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was average in size, with some paint spoiled on the walls. The pillows were dirty, but staff replaced them when I told them. Drinking water costs extra, and traffic noise was a little noisy.

I travel with my pet, and they let him stay, which is a huge plus since very few places welcome four-legged companions. The staff were great, the location was wonderful, the rooms were a decent size, and cleaning was good.

The people were lovely and the location was great, but be ready to bring your own toiletries. The King Room was spacious after staff upgraded my Deluxe Room, a nice gesture since I’d booked through a third party and they had overcharged. It was very bare: no soap, shampoo, dental kit, moisturizer, shaving kit, tea sachet, or kettle. They charged for a bottle of water, but not later. There was a TV without a set-top box, so all I got was a black screen. Staff kindly arranged toothpaste, a toothbrush, and shampoo from a nearby shop, though I still had to drink cold water in the morning. Please change the word hotel to lodge and let guests decide whether they want to choose this property.
