The rooms are good, and the workers are good too. They just need to clean the washrooms more.

I expected more flexibility for what I'm paying. The hotel has a strict rule against visitors going to rooms, and meetings are limited to the lounge. The lack of cooperation made the whole experience frustrating, and I'm extremely disappointed with the staff.

The rice came cold and undercooked, and I even got gravel in my mouth while eating. When we raised it, Manager Chaudhary shamelessly argued and said these things happen. They still charged me for the gravel rice. This was the worst dining experience I've had at their restaurant. They call themselves a 3 star hotel, but even roadside dhabhas serve better food for less. God only knows what goes on in that kitchen. The food quality is pathetic and could affect your health, so think carefully before dining there.
