The accommodation was poor and the service was awful. They didn't change the bedsheet or provide a water bottle, soap, or towels. I don't recommend visiting.

Really bad service at hotel Shri Shiva palace, don't ever stay here. The rooms aren't clean, and the people don't have good manners when they speak. Every room has cockroaches and termites, and there is no parking. It's a cheap hotel in Raipur and was a very bad experience.

The linen and bathroom were clean, and the room was compact with air cooling. It's a budget place with a 24-hour checkout, about a 10-minute walk from the station. Ventilation could be better, and reception needs a bell or phone connection.

The approach road was hard to find, and guests had to manage their own luggage. I also couldn't pay with Google Pay because the manager said there were concerns about tax deductions. For my short stay, I was promised a double room with A/C, Wi-Fi, and TV, but only the A/C was available; when I brought it up, the explanation wasn't satisfactory. Manager Santosh seemed fine at first, but became arrogant once I arrived. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The staff were supportive, and the rest was okay, but the room felt suffocating because ventilation was so limited. Mosquitoes were the main problem. The hotel isn't right by Raipur railway station, it's about 500 m away through the lanes. I don't hope to visit again. ✌✌😐😐
