The food menu was on paper I wouldn’t want to touch. The room lock was broken, and the electrical switches were exposed. The rooms were tiny, filthy, and had dirty linens, with poor service. I felt like vomiting when I entered. Book this hotel only if it’s the last option anywhere in Raipur.

The room door frame was broken, and the key card, phone, TV, and AC didn’t work. There was no service at all. Citrus Prime is cheating customers by putting its name on this third-class hotel.

The property is old and the rooms are poorly maintained. The basement parking is like a dangerous dungeon. You’ll regret booking here.

I changed rooms twice, but still couldn’t get one with basic facilities that worked. The magnetic keys didn’t work, the food was overpriced, and the rooms and service were terrible. I’m never going back.

The room lights were very dim, the washroom wasn’t clean, and service was very poor. When I had a fever, I called reception to ask them to arrange medicine, but they didn’t, out of negligence. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
