Our guests were left waiting in the lobby for hours, with no clear update and no one answering the phone. We had a confirmed booking, including the number of rooms and an early check-in, but none of that was honored. The staff came across as casual and negligent instead of helping find a solution, and the whole experience was stressful and embarrassing in front of our guests. This showed a serious lack of coordination, accountability, and respect for guests’ time. We’d made a confirmed reservation with full payment or guarantee, after receiving assurances at booking, yet communication was absent and basic hospitality was lacking. If customer satisfaction matters, please look into this immediately, arrange the rooms without further delay, and explain what happened. Otherwise, we’ll have to take the issue to higher authorities and share our experience publicly.

The banquet hall was spacious, well maintained, and nicely arranged for our wedding function. The décor and lighting gave the celebration a lovely feel. The management team was responsive and accommodating, and made sure the details were handled. It was a memorable occasion, and we’d recommend the hotel for weddings and other special celebrations.

At Hotel Vennington Court in Raipur, the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a good range of choices for different tastes. Service was quick and attentive, and the staff checked in without being intrusive. The seating was comfortable, and the elegant, peaceful atmosphere felt welcoming as well as premium. It would suit a family dinner or business meeting. A fantastic meal and hospitality, I’d gladly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Our schedule was ruined, and we were embarrassed in front of our guests. We had a confirmed booking and a clear promise of early check-in, but not one room was ready when we arrived, leaving our guests stranded in the lobby for hours. Calls were ignored, nobody took responsibility, and the team was completely unresponsive. This was false commitment and total mismanagement, with no professionalism at all.
