4/10
The room was a reasonable size, but the bed and pillow were very cheap quality and uncomfortable. The sanitary fittings were outdated and damaged, as if they hadn’t been repaired in years, and everything seemed cheaply made. Breakfast choices were very limited and tasted pathetic. The stay wasn’t good at all.

Bad vibes in the room and dust everywhere. The TV didn’t work, room service was really bad, and the materials used in the room felt local. The woodwork and paint were unfinished, the towels were local, and there were no proper charging ports. Worst experience of my life.

I was there for a couple of days for a wedding. The hotel was good overall, with spacious rooms and decent service. The catering was good too, though the presentation could’ve been better. The washrooms need some maintenance.

The AC barely cooled the room, and the service was insanely bad. I couldn’t even get a spoon or knife to cut a cake.

I got room 201. It looked okay at first glance, but functionally it was the worst hotel service I’ve experienced. The washroom pipes leaked, the furniture was damaged, the telephone didn’t work, and staff and room service were nowhere to be found. The central AC didn’t work either, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom.
