Mr. Ramu and Mr. Durgaprasad at the front desk deserve special thanks. Their professionalism, upbeat attitude, and care for guests stood out. They handled everything smoothly and made my stay easy and pleasant. I had a wonderful stay at La Hospin Hotel. The team was courteous, well trained, and professional, and the service, ambience, and guest experience were all excellent. I'd highly recommend a visit for the warm hospitality.

The food wasn't great, and the restaurant closes at 1030. They also wouldn't let us order food from outside. As a traveller, I'd like the chance to try dishes from famous local restaurants, so being denied that made the experience disappointing. The location is great, right in the city beside Godavari. Some rooms have a clear river view, and ours was premium and clean. The staff were professional.

The breakfast buffet was below average. The dosa was dry, the filter coffee came lukewarm, and there wasn't much choice. The room was average too, with old furniture, little space, and maintenance that needs attention. When we checked in, our room access card was deactivated, which delayed us and caused inconvenience. The front office and room service teams could have coordinated better, and the front desk could have been more courteous and responsible. That affected our first impression. Service efficiency, room upkeep, and food quality all need improvement.

We upgraded to a river-facing room and it was well worth it. I enjoyed sipping tea and watching trains cross the bridge over the river. The cafe on the 6th floor is a must for coffee at sunset, with stunning views of the river and bridges. The food was very good, and the staff were generally friendly and hospitable. Excellent location.
