We were happy with the ambience, rooms, and the way the staff handled things. The food was the letdown. Since it’s paid for separately, we expected better taste and quality, so that part needs improvement.

The restaurant isn’t open around the clock, and it’s quite a walk from the rooms, so order in time if you plan to eat there. Room delivery is also an option. The tent-style rooms are cozy and have AC and room heaters, with the accommodation area separated from daytime visitors. Some adventure activities are included in the stay package, while outsiders can also visit during the day for things like trampoline, swings, Burma bridge, and boating. There’s a lot of space, with a big lake, gardens, a kids’ play area, and indoor game zones. Good for a 1-2 day stay in Rajgir.

Pandu Pokhar Eco Adventure Resort is set at the foot of Rajgir’s green hills, with fresh air, birdsong, and a tidy, peaceful landscape. The resort is built around the historic Pandu Pokhar lake, which looked clean and calm; you can go boating or pedal around, or sit by the water at sunrise or sunset. There’s plenty for families and groups to do, from ziplining and wall climbing to the Burma bridge, trampolines, and other activities. Kids have a play area, and there’s an open amphitheatre that feels lively when local folk performances take place in the evenings. The café service was quick, and the staff were courteous and helpful, including when guiding visitors through activities. We also enjoyed fresh, tasty food at the in-house restaurant, especially the local dishes with their homely flavors and slight modern touch. The place has an eco-friendly feel, with marked waste disposal spots, natural building materials, and greenery throughout. It’s a nice place to relax and have fun, whether you’re in Rajgir for history, spirituality, or just a break from city life. With its adventure activities, calm atmosphere, and cultural touches, it’s a rejuvenating outing, and the maintenance and care stood out to me. I’d recommend it to families, school groups, or anyone looking for a full day out amid Bihar’s natural beauty.

There’s plenty to keep kids busy here, especially the adventure park, boating, and play areas. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, the rooms are clean, and the staff are polite and helpful. We also found the food good. A lovely spot for a family outing or picnic in Rajgir, and a relaxing weekend stay. Highly recommended.
