At Hotel Everland, Rajkot, I found that access to the washroom was being restricted. This made things uncomfortable and inconvenient. Hotels and lodging places in India are generally expected under the Sarais Act of 1867 to provide basic facilities such as water and sanitation, and restrooms are an essential amenity. Restricting or mishandling access doesn’t reflect good hospitality and may go against the spirit of that law. I understand hotels need reasonable rules to maintain order and cleanliness, but basic hygiene and human needs should come first. Please review this issue, ensure fair access, and give staff clear guidance so it doesn’t happen again. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and makes the needed correction.

There was no welcoming, customer friendly feel here at all. Honestly, this is the worst hotel in Rajkot city. I'd give it a negative rating if I could.

We spent one night here with family and had a nice stay. The service was good, and Manager Mr. Ramesh Shah deserves special thanks for being kind and cooperative.

We stayed here last night, my wife and me. There were lots of mosquitoes, the AC wasn't running, and the cleaning was very poor. Dinner quality was very low too. I'd rate it 2 stars overall.
