6/10
The rooms were very small, with cracked walls and curtains that weren’t right. Even the blankets were colored instead of white, and there was no internet. The managers came across as unprofessional, and I was disappointed. We booked through the Treebo club app, and the hotel has Treebo branding, but it didn’t meet Treebo guidelines.

The service, location, and staff behavior were good. Mosquitoes and cleaning were the only problems. They did provide an all-out mosquito repellent, so it was ultimately okay.

4/10
The bathrooms were messy, and the rooms are small with mosquitoes. There were lots of boys sitting around the parking and reception areas, which made me uncomfortable. They also gave unnecessary instructions about parking the car and asked me to hand over the keys.

The room was really neat and clean, and I liked the way they spoke to us. Nice property, with very good service.

2/10
The sheet was torn, and the rooms were very small. Staff were really bad too. They quoted 1500, then changed the price to 2000 at check-in. Treebo needs to work on this and make sure the rooms are priced accordingly. Very disappointed.
