They said they’d bring a water bottle, but it never arrived, and the room wasn’t cleaned daily as promised. We were also told they’d provide plates for the dinner we brought in, but those didn’t come either. The response sounds good, but the promises weren’t followed through.

I kept having to go to reception for water bottles, since they weren’t brought to the room. There didn’t seem to be enough staff around, and the service overall was poor.

The room was clean, and the hotel is right by the rajkot bus station. It was a good stay, though I felt the AC wasn’t working properly.

Early morning bhajans outside might wake light sleepers, though they probably won’t bother you if you sleep deeply. I liked the food, and the room was roomy, neat, and clean. The hotel sits directly above the busport, so getting around was very convenient. My stay was generally pleasant, and I’d recommend it for the location, rooms, and food.

I had to call three times to get something I needed, and the service still wasn’t proper. Ten minutes before check-in, I’d called and was told dinner would be available. When we arrived within those ten minutes and asked for food, they changed what they’d said. I wasn’t satisfied at all.
