We stayed at Evergrand Palace in December,2025, for a comfortable and pleasant family visit. The calm, safe atmosphere worked well for children and older family members, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive throughout. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of fresh, tasty choices for adults and kids. They serve Maggi every day at breakfast, especially for children. The food was hygienic and nicely presented, and the restaurant team served quickly and made sure everyone was comfortable. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, the staff were warm, polite, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Thanks to the whole team for making our family feel at home. We'd recommend it for family stays and hope to return.

I've stayed at Evergrand Hotel twice, once in October 2025 and again in February 2026 for two nights. The rooms have been clean and hygienic both times, and the service is very good. Staff are humble, polite, attentive, and quick to respond to requests. I'd definitely recommend it for a comfortable, pleasant stay.

The dosas were a real highlight. I placed 9 to 15 orders back-to-back with Mr Rajesh, and he served them on time without delaying. All the staff were helpful and kind, and I'd like to thank the chef and everyone in Staff f& B. I stayed at Everglade Hotel for 3 days and really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, the facilities excellent, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner all tasted amazing. I was very happy with the stay. 😍😍😊 Thank you so much!

The doorman was lovely, and the staff were generally helpful. But the room wasn't very clean: it smelled of cigarette smoke, cigarette ends had been left behind, and there was mould in the shower. There were lots of mosquitoes, and they hadn't provided enough insect repellent.

The room was spotless, the amenities were well maintained, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere felt really relaxing. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended!
