The staff were polite, humble, and very helpful, which made the stay comfortable. The hotel is right on the main road, so it’s easy to find and get around from. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the well-maintained washroom had hot water at all times. A hassle-free stay. Highly recommended.

We had to put our morning routine on hold for three hours because there was no water in the morning, and the hotel had no storage for emergencies. That delay also jeopardized the rest of our trip. They’d offered us a room with breakfast, but the food arrived two hours late and was only half of what we’d ordered. The room was dusty and very dirty. There was no service staff, just the owner, who was rude and disrespectful. A truly pathetic experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for peace of mind.

Tulsi inn has its own restaurant, and the food is amazing. It’s one of the cleanest, nicest hotels in Rajula, with extremely kind and supportive staff.

Hotel Tulsi Inn is easy to reach, located on Jafrabad Road near Narayan Mall and Kohinoor Bus Stop. I had a great stay overall, with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Cleanliness scored 4/5, service 4/5, and location 5/5. Amenities could use work, rated 3.5/5, and value for money was 4/5. Even with some room for improvement in amenities and services, I’d consider staying here again.

On my first visit to Rajula, I spent four days at this hotel and felt as comfortable as I would at home. The owner and staff were helpful and cooperative. It’s in a premium location, with all facilities available nearby.
