OYO Flagship 75922 Hotel Star Light

After I paid the full amount in advance, the man at reception refused to let me check in, saying the generator was out of order. He was rude and harsh. If you're considering staying here, think again. There are decent hotels nearby for only a little more. The hotel doesn't keep its booking app profile updated. The place is completely different from the photos, and they ask for extra money, claiming the app rates weren't updated. There are many standard hotels within a 3 km radius, so avoid this kennel even for one night. The receptionist's behavior made me so angry I wanted to break his nose.

Don't book online here. This is the fourth time I've had trouble with these OYO or FLAGSHIP listings. They block the money, demand more, and don't respond properly. This hotel guy wouldn't even return my money. Instead of sorting it out with oyo or the other booking platforms, they're blaming customers for not checking the rates. How is a customer supposed to know if a low rate is a last-minute deal or a scam? NEVER TRUST ANY OYO BOOKINGS. Sometimes they don't pick up, other times bookings get cancelled, and in this case they won't return the booking amount. Now I have to chase customer care for my money, and I don't even have a booking for the night. Hotel owners shouldn't blame customers for a listing they put online or blame oyo management for whatever is happening inside their company. They should take the listings down, but they haven't. Even now the online rate is still showing as a deal. The strategy seems to be luring people in with low prices, then demanding the rest for the room at midnight when there's no other option. If they're genuinely innocent, KINDLY REMOVE LISTINGS FROM ONLINE. Why make customers suffer for their management?

I booked a room yesterday for 900, but I was only one hour late getting there. They'd already given it to someone else and told me there were no rooms as I was about to arrive. Since check-in time had passed, I lost the booking amount. They just want money, and the service is terrible. You could have the same experience here. I guarantee the crooks' behavior in advance. Late at night, the admin kept me waiting before giving me a dirty room. They also asked for extra payment when I arrived. The pictures don't match the real place, and the room facilities are very poor. It's the worst room I've stayed in. I'm never choosing it again, and I'd advise others to stay away.
