The bathroom had paan marks on the seat, a broken ceiling, and even a lizard. There were plenty of lizards in the room too, and cocking? no. The cups, glasses, flask, and tables were all dusty. Our room was very dirty on arrival; asking them to clean it again barely helped, and it looked nothing like the online photos. There was no phone in the room, and no staff around to help, so even ordering tea meant walking down two floors to reception. The price is high for what you get, and there are cleaner, better-priced hotels available.

I returned last week after staying here with my family five years ago, and enjoyed it even more this time. Executive rooms now come with complimentary breakfast, which was tasty and healthy, without oily dishes. The staff were courteous and quick to handle our requests. Good value in Hubli, and I hope to come back.

The elderly owner is around, checks that the place is clean, and talks with guests about anything else they need. It’s conveniently close to the city, with plenty of free parking, and breakfast was lovely.

Right beside the bus stand, so the location is very good, but it’s crowded and noisy. There were lots of cockroaches in the room, and the service staff didn’t seem bothered. I wouldn’t recommend it for families. You could consider it if you can’t find a room near the bus stand.
