Hotel Ragavendra

The in-house restaurant, Vitamin R, was a highlight. Prices were reasonable, the food was delicious, and I especially recommend the Mushroom Masala. They also offer a well-managed cab tour at the same prices as others. The rickshaw stand is very close and accessible around 5 AM. The hotel is extremely close to the Ramanathswami Temple and almost beside Agnitirtham, though it sits inside another hotel building and you need to use a narrow passage to get in. We booked a double bed room but were given a 4-bed room, perhaps due to adjustments, and it was quite spacious. The room wasn't very well maintained, but that wasn't a major issue for us. Reception staff were polite and supportive, especially the uncle who shared useful guidance for Ramanathswami Temple darshan. Overall, it's a budget friendly, well-located option with helpful staff and good food.

Vitamin R had really good food. Both breakfast and dinner were served as a buffet, and everything tasted fresh and hot. Our rooms were clean, and the bathroom was very spacious. We could walk from the hotel to both the temple and the beach. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Our family room was incredibly spacious and well maintained, and the stay was great value for money. Vitamin R's vegetarian South Indian breakfast was delicious and hygienic. The staff there were courteous, and hotel staff helped arrange a cab for local sightseeing. It was a wonderful stay with kids.

Vitamin R served delicious, hygienic South Indian food, and the rooms were spacious enough for our family. The staff were incredibly supportive. The main advantage is the location: Ramanathaswamy Temple is about a 5 minute walk away, around 400m, and Agni Theertham is very close. That made our early morning rituals easy. Highly recommended for devotees.
