The shared areas were filthy, with leftover food and vomit left unattended, and there was loud disturbance late at night. Staff were rude. It felt more like a lodge than a hotel, with no kettle, cups, or coffee. They only had cheap local water bottles, ₹1 Clinic Plus, and a small Medimix soap. Hygiene, dignity, and customer care were all absent.

The rooms were kept very clean and well maintained. Staff were good, service was good, and everything was good.

Kavuri Grand is only a few minutes from Bapatla Beach, which made it a lovely place for a getaway. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was friendly and prompt. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it for a relaxing break. Kavuri Grand is only a few minutes from Bapatla Beach, which made it a lovely place for a getaway. We were a family of four and booked three rooms. The rooms felt worth what we paid, and we had an awesome time. We'll come back again.

The washrooms were roomy, clean, and had a modern design. The guest rooms were also large and airy, with useful furniture, cupboards, hangers, and a night light. There are elevators and the staff were good. An electric kettle and other basic amenities were missing, though.
