Anupam really made the stay for me. They were professional and friendly, and went out of their way to get every detail right. I felt at home, which is rare to find with such dedicated service. I had a wonderful stay and want to give Anupam a special shout-out.

The rooms and washrooms were hygienic and well maintained, and the arrangements, ambience, and service were excellent. The Opal in Rampur is a beautiful property and one of the best venues for wedding functions and parties. Highly recommended.

We held a function at the hotel, and our guests were very happy with the arrangements. The venue is lavish and well maintained, the rooms were clean, and the food was amazing. Hospitality and service were just right. I'd recommend it to everyone.

The team handled the wedding function as if it were their own family event, and the arrangements were excellent. Special thanks to kopal ma'am for managing such a huge hotel with so much enthusiasm. A big thanks as well to ashutosh ji, ayush ji, and their staff for taking care of the functions and our guests. Everyone was really cooperative.

The property and staff are nice, and the rooms were comfy. For a 2nd tier city, I had a very good experience. There was foosball, a pool balls table, and a kids zone, but almost everything was very expensive and they charged for nearly everything.
