The room wasn't clean when I arrived, and it wasn't cleaned regularly. The TV and AC didn't work either. When I asked for warm water for my nephew, the attendee said there was no gas in the cylinder, so they couldn't provide it. The cook or attendee was rude when I asked them to change the stained sheet. I changed hotels the next day after the attendee started showing attitude.

The room was clean, but the decor felt a bit dated. The guest house had basic amenities and was in a fairly accessible spot. Staff were courteous, though their service wasn't always prompt. I was comfortable overall, and might stay again if I'm in the area, but I'd also look at other options.

The room was completely dark because there wasn't even a bathroom light, and the bedroom had only one bulb. There wasn't a proper charging point for a phone or laptop either. Early the next morning, they shut off the water supply in our room, and we had to leave and go somewhere else to freshen up. The dinner was awful too, with bad, stale food, and they wouldn't let us bring food in from outside. First, though, they refused to let us check in because I'd booked through goibibo. We waited three hours until I made them talk to goibibo, and goibibo increased their terrif. Only then were we allowed to check in at 8:30 pm. It was the worst hotel experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Better to stay at the railway station than come here.

At 1200/- per night, the room is a good deal, with good facilities and staff behavior. It's a nice place to hang out with buddies or a mate, and the rooftop gives you a great view of the city. You won't be disappointed.
