A delightful, convenient stay, with really active room service. There's still room for improvement, but overall it's a very satisfying place. If you want to party, book two rooms and you have your own common room and balcony.

The bathroom lock at Ecosuites by Stayvilla, Ranchi was faulty, and I had to struggle for 2-3 minutes to open the door each time. That's more than an inconvenience, it's a safety concern. I also found no cups in the room, even though tea, coffee, and sugar sachets were laid out. When I asked, they said they'd send some. Nothing came by midnight. The next morning reception denied providing cups and told me to wait. The telephone in the room was disconnected. I complained repeatedly, but nobody came to fix it, so I had to go downstairs myself whenever I needed water or help. That defeats room service. They were quick to collect payment, but wouldn't give me the bill right away, saying they'd send it on WhatsApp when it was convenient for them. When it finally arrived after a lot of arguing, my company's GST number was missing. They promised a corrected original GST invoice, but almost a week has passed with no corrected bill, update, or response. The tariff wasn't clearly confirmed or communicated by reception at check-in. At checkout, they suddenly asked me to pay more. When I questioned this, they just said, “I can’t help this is our plan.” It felt misleading and completely unprofessional. What should have been a comfortable stay turned into constant frustration. The place lacks transparency, basic hospitality, and professional billing practices. If you value clear pricing, proper bills, and basic amenities, think twice before booking here.

We were a group of 10 and stayed here for a week. The staff looked after us well, and everyone was friendly. The room was neat and comfortable, and the ambience and hospitality were great. One of the best stays in Ranchi, and definitely our go-to when we're back.

I felt comfortable and secure here, and the hotel was clean and nicely maintained. The staff were very good. At reception, Mr parth stood out for his behaviour and the way he explained things. 👍
