The rooms are small, and the interior could use an update. Housekeeping comes daily and they provide soap and shampoo each day, but the blankets smelled and weren’t clean, and the sheets were old and worn. It’s fine for a few days, though the price felt high without an offer, and service needs work.

The hotel is in a handy spot, with a ground 50m away, Fun Park nearby, and an ATM just downstairs. The rooms are nicely decorated, though they could use better amenities. We had a nice stay, and the staff were polite and provided good service.

The food was poor even at Rs 300/- per plate, and at our party some items had run out for guests who arrived late. No one seemed concerned. The banquet hall on the 7th floor has an awkward shape, some of its lights didn’t work, there’s no separate wash basin, and there’s no audio or live music option. One of the lifts got stuck repeatedly. The hotel is in a building shared with ICICI bank and Singhal hospital, next to OTC ground on the way to Pandra. Rooms can be booked through OYO, and the prices seemed just okay for the space. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

For 1200 hundred, don’t expect much. The staff were cooperative, but the room geyser didn’t work, so they brought hot water in a bucket. The kitchen is closed from 21:30 until 8:00 am.
