Mr. Pochu at reception and Ms. Shaanti, the housekeeper, were especially kind, and the staff’s overall attitude made a real difference to my stay. The room was consistently clean and well kept. They handled my requests quickly and courteously, and their attention to detail helped me feel comfortable whenever I was at the hotel. The service was outstanding. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

I found a cockroach 🪳 on the bed, so be careful when booking. The hotel is in a street off the Ranchi highway.

I had a good stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Staff member upendar and manager Raja were helpful. If you need anything extra, just tell them and they’ll try to provide it. Thanks, guys. Go for it! 👍

What a nightmare. I booked through make my trip, but the hotel denied the reservation shown on my voucher. The property manager said he didn’t care about online bookings. The voucher listed an oyo customer care number, while Oyo customer service told me to contact "make my trip". And this is supposed to be an Oyo flagship hotel. A very bad place. #makemytrip #oyorooms
