Super Collection O Ranchi Station Road

I booked online for the first time and was quite worried, so a special thanks to customer service operator Suraj Sir. He helped me with the booking and made me feel confident about booking online. Kudos to the employees who are willing to do well in life and represent the company. Many thanks to Suraj Sir and customer service.

The rooms were cramped and so small it was hard to move around. The AC and water geysers didn’t work either. We’d paid in advance, yet got the worst rooms. Staff were very rude and unprofessional, and didn’t know how to greet customers. The photos they uploaded are all edited, and the actual rooms are completely different. I’d tell everyone not to book here, or you’ll waste your money. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The price was affordable and the location was perfect. Our room was neat and clean, and the staff were polite and humble. It was a wonderful stay, all in all. I’d definitely go again.

The staff used abusive, unprofessional language, and the room itself was in awful shape. The bedsheet, pillow, and duvet were extremely dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned. Water was dripping from the AC into the room too. A horrible stay. I'd tell people to choose a different hotel.
