We wanted a quiet staycation and ended up enjoying all five nights, especially since our son was injured and we didn’t want to go out. The coffee estate setting was beautiful, with six cottages arranged in three sets, so it felt calm. There wasn’t anything we disliked, and they delivered what was promised. A kids’ play area would have been nice, though Mr Swamy, the owner, said they were planning a swimming pool and other things. The food was fabulous and simple, like homemade meals, without unnecessary spices, colors, or masalas. We’re vegetarian, and everything we tried suited us. The welcome and hospitality were warm and accommodating from check-in, giving the stay a home-like feel. The room was just right, with a proper king-size bed, an extra single bed, and enough bedding for our family of four. AC, hot water, WiFi, and TV were all working as they should. If you like nature, Indian Giant Squirrel (Malabar Giant Squirrels), a rare species, live there. We’re into birding, and our mornings were full of birdwatching. We spotted many Malabar region birds on the property between 7 and 11 AM. We were very happy with the stay, have added the property to my favorites, and I’ll visit again in winter.

The owner, Swami sir, and the staff were all friendly and easygoing, and the service was top-notch. We had an amazing family stay at Humble Nest Resort, with outstanding food too. I’m planning to come back in the rainy season for the atmosphere.

The morning view was lovely, and Scooby had a great time wandering around the greenery and coffee plantation. We stayed one day with family and our pet in the interconnected rooms of the “Family cottage,” in this heritage-style resort. We had a Nati-style lunch at noon, then hot coffee and onion pakoda after sunset. The evening ended with a campfire and music, and dinner was a buffet with rice, rasam, chapathi, palak curry, and side dishes.

We spent three days at Humble Nest Resort in Coorg with friends, and it was a memorable stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well kept, with the basic amenities we needed. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. With all the lush greenery around, the place has a peaceful, relaxing feel and is a nice break from the city.

The food was fresh and tasty, and service was quick. Staff were polite and helpful, making sure we were comfortable during the stay. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Humble Nest Resort is quiet and green, with lovely views and a calm feel. It’s convenient and good value for money, and would suit families, couples, or anyone after a peaceful Coorg getaway. I had a really good stay and would choose it again on my next trip to Coorg.
