Elite Inn

I paid 2200 for two beds, and it was the worst hotel stay I’ve had. On 9th Jan 2025, the staff spoke nicely when giving us the room, but once we went in, the TV didn’t work and there was no hot water. Admin didn’t respond. The power kept going out, and my friend was stuck in the lift for 10 minutes before they started shouting and the generator was switched on. We kept asking for shower water and got a bucket after two hours, with no apology. They said we should have asked for everything at the start. Make sure everything is available before booking or look for a better hotel for the same money.

A restaurant would have pushed this to five stars. The room itself was new, clean, and had a great feel, while the price seemed fair and the location was perfect. I would’ve liked more toiletries and a coffee maker, though. Still, it was a pleasant stay.

For an A/C room costing around 1500-1800 bucks, I expected some basic business ethics. We arrived around 4am, knowing it was outside working hours and not expecting much hospitality then. But later, we were suddenly told to switch rooms, and the replacement rooms were unacceptable. They looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The room phone to reception didn’t work, and none of the wall lights had bulbs. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The rooms are okay, but the AC is really noisy and there were cockroaches in the bathrooms. Parking out front is tiny, enough for maybe 2 cars, and the location is poor. Restaurant food tasted okay but was costly. Room service was poor, and the service desk members behaved badly. Overall service and facilities get 2/5.
