OYO 8590 Hotel Sea

We ordered murg makhani chicken from Swiggy and paid already. The hotel accepted the order, then closed its outlet five minutes later and cancelled it. When we called to say the order had been cancelled despite our payment, they angrily told us to talk to Swiggy and hung up. We're very disappointed with the service. Order from this outlet at your own risk.

The location was good, but the compact room was only about 80% clean. The TV didn't work, the AC drainage was faulty and water dripped onto the floor, and its temperature was fixed at 24°. The hotel didn't provide a towel despite three requests, and staff didn't seem interested in helping. Luckily, I found a laundry boy who brought one two hours before checkout. Receptionists also kept asking about checkout whenever I went outside.

The owner refused to give me a room even though I'd paid OYO in advance. It was a horrible experience and a very bad day for me. OYO customer care didn't respond either. Never book this hotel at any cost.

The bathroom was filthy, and the towel smelled and looked dirty. The blanket was in rough shape too. I also got food poisoning from the terrible food, and nobody seemed concerned. On top of that, they overcharged me and demanded extra payment. When I accidentally left my charger in the room, they said they didn't have it. The front desk woman and owner were extremely rude and disrespectful, and their conduct made me question their honesty. A very bad experience, I wouldn't recommend this place.
