Breakfast was good, and I found the rooms very clean with quick service responses. The hotel is easy to reach on the main Road, Opp collectors office. I only tried dinner once, the Biriyani, and it wasn’t good. It tasted like chicken had been added to tomoto rice.

The room we got wasn’t even the one we had booked, and the rooms were very dusty. In summer the AC wasn’t working well. We ordered room service from the silver spoon restaurant, waited an hour, and then received completely different food from what we’d ordered. We’d hoped for a pleasant stay, but it was very disappointing, especially for a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it.

After a long journey, I found the room well below what I expected. The flooring was damaged, the walls were cracked and poorly maintained, and the place lacked cleanliness. The bathroom was worst, with wet floors, bad drainage, and unhygienic conditions. Management needs to improve room maintenance and hygiene. Based on my stay, I can’t recommend it.

It’s a good place, but the driver’s cabin is really bad. The hotel owner should remember that drivers are people too.

The room was small, and the complimentary breakfast was just okay. Staff were friendly, the location was great, and the EV charging station is a nice extra.
