I stayed for four days and found the room comfortable. The hospitality and food deserve a mention, and the food was better than at nearby restaurants. Some people have said service is slow, but I didn’t run into that. Hotel General Manager Mr. Karim was a perfect gentleman. He personally checked on boarders to ask about any problems and handled them nicely and efficiently.

Hotel Pritika in Durgapur, pump house has budget rooms with basics like AC and TV, and the bar-cum-restaurant gets some appreciation. The reviews seem mixed to me. Staff are polite, but reports of damp walls, poor food, and service delays ring true. It’s decent enough, though upkeep needs work.

The staff are courteous and the food is very tasty. The restaurant is small but has a nice ambience. Prices are moderate to high, though I think the food is worth it. There’s a bar and an off-shop on the campus too. I’ve taken off a star for hygiene and a few other factors.

The food was horrible. I ordered finger finger, but it had an intolerable amount of salt. When I asked for it to be changed, the server said the dish was completely okay. There are many better places in town, like morvee and citi residency.

Neither the food nor the service is good. You can wait ages for even a bottle of water, despite the restaurant having almost no customers. They won’t bring what you ordered until you get frustrated, and the food quality isn’t up to the mark.
