Nothing about the room really stood out, but it was reasonably clean and had the basic amenities. It was comfortable enough for a short stay. Service was acceptable and requests were handled without much delay, though laundry could be better.

The pod rates are around ₹350-₹600 a night, which seems to be the main draw. The place also advertises a gym, library, table tennis, and snooker, though those facilities close after 10 PM. I didn't stay in the private rooms on the 4th floor, which appear to be a separate option at around ₹2,500 a night. The sleeping setup offers very little privacy. Pods are close together, so snoring, talking, or movement from other guests can keep you awake. I also found the washrooms unpleasant, saw damaged ceiling areas, and noticed cockroaches near the smoking zone. My bedding didn't seem freshly changed: the blanket smelled, and there was hair on the pillow from what looked like a previous guest. I was also uncomfortable with the layout I observed. The women's pod section is reached through the men's executive pod area, where many male guests sleep in closely packed pods. Some people may be fine with that, but solo women or families may want to ask about the layout first. At check-in, guests must sign a waiver saying the property isn't responsible for belongings lost or stolen in the luggage room, on the bed, or in common areas. That leaves the responsibility entirely with the guest, while management can point to the document if something goes missing. Losing the locker wristband brings a ₹3,500 penalty, and checkout just 30 minutes late can mean a ₹500 charge, regardless of the circumstances. I booked Essotto Recreation Hub because it was affordable and rated decently online, but my stay didn't meet expectations. The bed seemed tidied rather than properly cleaned, and the overall maintenance and security left a lot to be desired. I can't understand the 4.3-star rating. Maybe people accept the problems for the low price, but cleanliness, maintenance, service, and security matter more to me than saving a few hundred rupees. This is my own experience, and I'd read the negative reviews carefully before booking. A cheap rate only feels like a deal when the basics are in place.

There was a handy hand-wash area inside the hall, and the stage had enough room for about 10 people at once, which worked well for photos and celebrating. I attended a birthday party here and the event went smoothly. The hall is spacious, well designed, and seats more than 150 comfortably. Food was good too.

I've stayed here more than once, but the standard has gone downhill. On earlier visits, the large pod room's AC kept the temperature comfortable, and towels, night clothes, sandals, and pool access were included. On my recent stay, the pool was closed, and towels and sandals were no longer offered. The AC couldn't keep the pod cool, so I was sweating, and the toilets were dirty and smelled bad. It wasn't a good stay.
