The staff were busy on their phones and didn't care about what I asked. When I asked for hot water in the morning, they laughed and said cold water was the only option. The sheets, pillows and mug were extremely dirty, and the room felt unhygienic. This is the worst hotel I've seen, and you'll regret staying in this dirty place. Don't waste your money here.

The only decent part was arriving at 2 AM and having the caretaker get up after one call. The hotel is down a muddy lane in a deep colony, and the room wasn't spacious. The washroom was dirty, and I booked a balcony room but was given one without a balcony. The complimentary water bottle wasn't sealed. Nothing else was good.

I stayed for two nights, on 18 and 19 September, and really enjoyed it. The location was very good, the place felt safe for families, and the service was good. It was good value for money, and I'd recommend it if you're looking to stay in Pune Hinjewadi.

The food was delicious, and the rooms were properly sanitized. It was peaceful and relaxing, with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were polite and experienced. A great place for a weekend with family or friends.

I booked an AC room, but got a non-AC room because they apparently don't really have any AC rooms. It's far away, and the location is muddy. There was no complimentary water, and the buckets and mugs were dirty. The windows wouldn't open, so there was no ventilation. The reception was dirty and the floor was muddy.
