I was traveling solo and found this to be a very good spot in the middle of the city. I spent 2-3 nights here, liked the room a lot, and found the staff very helpful. I'd definitely recommend it if you're staying in Ratnagiri. I shared a video of the room, please ignore my mess.

A good option in a small town like Ratnagiri. The rooms and service were good, and the staff were polite.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. My room was uncomfortable and poorly maintained, and there was no water geyser, which made basic needs difficult. There was also no parking for a 4-wheeler, a major inconvenience.

Someone kept knocking on my door all night, and I felt very unsafe. We reported it to reception, but they didn't take any possible action. We were so traumatized that I checked out early in the morning. This was a great disappointment, and I hope the owner and future customers take note and that situations like this are handled.

The restaurant was the one good part for me: the food tasted good, and the people there were friendly. The rooms were awful, with broken taps and no hot water. I also found the reception staff member, a man with glasses, had no sense of how to speak to a female guest. He kept asking for money and then started abusing me. There was no discipline or hospitality here, and I don't recommend this property to anyone.
