Hotel Vihar Deluxe

The central location and clean room were the good parts, but service was poor. The intercom and the service number both didn't work. The restaurant was closed, and nobody told us until we tried to order dinner at night. Since the geyser wasn't working, reception arranged hot water in a bucket after we called on a mobile phone. There were very few staff, and although we had a super deluxe room, it had only the basic facilities of an ordinary room. We had to follow up five or six times before a reluctant staff member turned on the TV. The service wasn't worth the price, and the hotel has lost its reputation. I'd choose one of the nearby hotels with better facilities for less money instead.

Breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Hotel Vihar Dilex was beautifully maintained, and the staff were helpful, especially the manager, Govind sir, who has a great personality. My recent stay exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.
