Vaibhav International Hotel

I’m from Delhi and was heading to Nepal, so I needed a one night stay. I found Hotel Vaibhav on Google and called to book an AC room for 1200. The receptionist treated me like family, and the service covered what I needed without any problems. The room was clean and its quality was awesome, as was the AC. They provided one towel and shop with the room. The parking area is huge, right in the middle of a crowded market. I’m happy with this hotel.

The hotel manager was very supportive, and there’s a big parking area. A nice place to stay if you’re looking for a hotel near the Nepal border.

The receptionist was friendly and familiar in their manner. Nice hotel.

Getting to the hotel from the gate takes me around 30 minutes on foot at a slow pace, and from there it’s about 900 meters from Raxaul railway station. The route passes two religious institutions, a Mandir and a Masjid. Parking is available for two and four wheelers, and there may be an auto engineer on the premises for reasonable repairs. Sweets, vegan, chicken, and pizza are all available outside the gate. The reception staff gave clear, useful information for my needs. There’s no dormitory service, and a single bed holder can get a two digit tariff. A valid identity proof is needed to book. The room bathroom was clean, though the area beside the stairs was not. Towels were on the table. The blanket wasn’t remarkable, but I had no issue with it. They won’t change a tidy bed sheet unless the hotel service man spots a patch of dirt. People were decent as long as you didn’t bargain, regardless of standardization. The mosquito repellent worked well in the room; I didn’t find any outside, though it was the end of winter. For my one night stay, things were fine. Thank you 🙏
