It may look a bit run down, but the price is affordable and the service is good. My dad loves this place, and I stayed here for the first time on a family vacation. The staff are available by phone 24/7 and can bring food or utilities as needed. I especially liked not having to go out searching for necessities when I was a tourist short on time. It was a pleasant surprise!

I spent nine days here on a business trip, and my verdict is just okay. In 2022 it cost 600 rupees per day. The people were decent, and whenever we asked for hot bath water, they brought it without hesitation. The toilet is small and has no windows. It seems suited to business travelers staying a short time. There are markets nearby, along with New Delhi railway station and a few other places.

We paid Rs. 3300 for two rooms for one night, but left within two hours. The rooms smelled awful, like people had smoked inside, and the toilets and bed sheets were dirty and stained. The staff were arrogant and very rude. I don't understand the good reviews. Such a waste of money.

There are some great, affordable places nearby for both veg and non-veg food. The hotel itself is comfortable, with basic interiors and facilities, and its spot in the heart of karol bagh market makes shopping and coming back easy.
