Even with the temperature at 4 degrees, the manager refused to provide hot bath water. The service was awful, and the manager was rude and showed no humanity.

The staff were cooperative, and I liked the food too. The room was good.

The room was only okay and hadn't been kept very neat. I was really disappointed by the service: the receptionist was careless and unhelpful both over the phone and face to face. A poor stay and not worth it.

We stayed in ROOM 502 last night, 08/03/2026, two of us, and paid ₹2000. The room was spacious, but that was the only good thing about it. AC, TV, and geysers didn't work, and there were no dental or shaving kits. Drinking water cost extra, so I paid 30 for a bottle. They didn't give us either a GST bill or a raw bill, and the staff were rude.
