The staff were polite and very helpful, and I felt safe at the hotel. There’s parking for your car, so you don’t have to worry about that. My room was clean and tidy too. This stay turned out to be the best part of my journey.

The photos on goibobo gave me a very different impression. The property is old and unpleasant, the rooms are in really poor shape, and the staff seem untrained. I’d give it -10.

You can get both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food here, but the taste and quality are only so-so, and service is poor. The place is above Puran Singh Dhaba in Shamnagar and has only a few rooms. Upkeep is mediocre, and the washrooms need better cleaning. There’s plenty of room for improvement.

The staff were really cooperative, and the rooms are lovely, with a brilliant ambience. Prices are budget-friendly too. Keep up the good work, and thanks.👍
