Hotel Bliss Breeze

The worst part was how the staff reacted when we asked for help. One person said his shift was ending and that we'd taken up his time. They replaced a bedsheet but refused to change the duvet, saying two people were needed and nobody else was available. Pillow covers were refused because they were out of stock. After that attitude, I didn't even bother raising some of the other problems. The room smelled damp whenever we came in, apparently from seepage. When we got back around 4 am on the first night, the AC didn't work for nearly three hours. We told reception, but nobody came to check, and we were too tired to stay up. There were cobwebs in every corner, including the bathrooms, hairballs around the room, and stains on the walls and corners. The bedsheets, pillow covers, and duvet were dirty and stained, and the bins had no liners, so they were filthy too. We had two rooms, and either room key could open both doors. That was really worrying, since someone could walk into the wrong room by mistake. At about ₹2200 per room per night, this definitely wasn't worth what we paid.
