We spent two nights at Pullman with our family, celebrating our son's 10th birthday and our wedding anniversary. The whole stay became a memory we'll cherish for years. Before we arrived, Vaishnavi and her team had the room decorated and ready. They also arranged a cake and gift for our son. The gesture that moved us most was Vaishnavi coming to our room herself to give the cake and gift to our son and wife. Archana (Manager) and Vicky from housekeeping were terrific too. The room stayed immaculate, and they took care of each request within 5 minutes. At the restaurant, there was a lovely range of food and quick service from the team. Thank you to everyone at Pullman for making our family celebration so special. We were comfortable and came away with beautiful memories. We'll definitely be back!

The front desk team were so warm and helpful during our excellent 2-day stay at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. We were pleasantly surprised by a suite upgrade and breakfast, which made the visit even more special. Mr. Aman Deep and Ms. Neha were especially kind and hospitable, and made sure we were comfortable. Really appreciated their effort. Highly recommended!

We got a runway view room and found it comfortable. The food farmers basket was great, especially the slow-cooked dal makhani. Pawan was courteous, polite and took good care of us. We also enjoyed the bakery items at the buffet breakfast, the bakery chef is doing top notch work. We stayed at Pullman aerocity for two days to get away from the heat. A good stay overall.

Preethi and Gunjan kept my room spotless, organized and carefully refreshed every day. Their steady attention to detail made a real difference, and I felt comfortable, relaxed and at home throughout my stay. They clearly take pride in their work, and I really appreciate their dedication and professionalism. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and their housekeeping service was a big part of it.
