Samdareeya Hotel

The hygiene needs serious attention. At breakfast, the flowers on the table were artificial and dirty, with visible fungus, which was unpleasant to see. I’ve been staying at Hotel Samdariya, Rewa for 20 days, and the management has been a letdown. Basic room amenities aren’t reliably available, and the restaurant staff don’t seem coordinated. Service feels disorganized and unprofessional, and staff need better training in how to speak with guests. I expected more from the Samdariya Group. I hope management takes this seriously and improves service and hygiene soon.

Some staff and the guard provided very good service 😊. The reception owner, though, has poor manners and didn’t treat us well. I’d rate reception staff 2, and catering and the guard 5.

The food choices were limited, and nobody explained properly what was available. Service was very poor too: it took half an hour to get a menu, and no one came to take our order.

The hall was huge, the atmosphere neat, and the location easy to reach. The food was excellent, and management responded nicely. They showed us a catalogue of packages to choose from. We paid an advance and explained what we wanted, then went straight to the hall without worrying about arrangements. Everything was perfect for our daughter's introduction function.
