The food had no taste, the bathroom was awful, and the bed was noisy and in poor condition. Don't waste your money.

The owner was rude and wouldn't accept responsibility for his mistake. He spoke especially rudely to girls and older people, and even said we could complain if we wanted because they wouldn't do anything. The service was pathetic. Please stop ordering from this restaurant and help me get justice.

The place is still being built, and the washrooms need a proper cleaning. Basic things like an iron and other services aren't available, so I wasn't very satisfied.

The tea, coffee, sugar and milk packets were all expired. On top of that, the toilet wouldn't flush, hot water took five calls, and the landline was out of order. The staff weren't professional, and the service was awful. They really don't know how to run a hotel or hospitality business.

They added extra room service charges without clearly explaining them, which felt unfair and unprofessional. There was also loud construction upstairs, so relaxing was impossible, and staff wouldn't stop or adjust the work when I complained. For this hotel, 1200 is the right price. 2250 isn't worth it. Comfort and service both fell short, so I wouldn't recommend staying until they fix these problems.
