Tivoli Heritage Palace

The breakfast was delicious, and our room felt very comfortable. The hotel was well kept, with service that went beyond what we expected. It’s in a great location, and the friendly staff made us feel at home. Our room was clean and spacious.

Our guests were impressed by the arrangements, food, and the whole experience. The venue itself is beautiful, with well-kept spaces and a lovely atmosphere for celebrations. We had our wedding here, and the team was professional, cooperative, and attentive to the details, which made the day stress-free for us. It exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Jagmohan staff.

The garden and serene Ganesha murthi give the hotel a lot of charm, and there are indoor and outdoor sports facilities for everyone. The pool was well maintained and enjoyable, too. I found the food delicious, though there’s no bar, which was the one drawback. The rooms were clean and comfortable for our small family, and the peaceful setting made it a relaxing stay.

The way I was spoken to when I called the listed number about a marriage booking was full of attitude, even though the person didn’t know me. I asked to speak with someone senior, and the reception portfolio VP who came also spoke to me the same way. Now I understand the problem: when seniors don’t show juniors respect, the juniors copy that behavior and pass it on. Thanks for the attitude. Goodbye.
