Food, stay, and service were the best parts of a nice experience. They should improve the outdoor seating and equip the children’s play area better. The DJ setup needs work too, the sound quality is very low.

The food and service were unhygienic, and the staff seemed untrained and unsure what to do. Management was poor, rooms were unclean, and amenities like the AC, TVs, and plumbing were broken. The marketing was deceptive: they said the booking was full across three rooms, but employees were sleeping and working in another room that had been made into an office. I was told food was unlimited, but it came only twice, during a stated two-hour period, and they served for only 1 hour 12 mins. The renovation was still underway, despite their claims, and I want a refund. I have proof they lied to us. They had started this operation just a day earlier because they had no employees, so they hired people by the hour or week to handle bags, clean toilets, and prepare food. We were only 12 people partying alone. I want them punished and closed. I’ve submitted an application to the Ministry of Tourism about the unhealthy and unhygienic conditions. The general manager’s claim about the five places is a lie. Otherwise, this will go directly to the president of the Ministry of Tourism.

A peaceful place for an outing, with supportive staff and neat, clean rooms and bathrooms. The food was hygienic too.

The lawn, garden, and pool were average, and they served only vegetarian food. Staff behaved well, and the food and location were nice.
