For what they charge, this place isn’t worth it. Basic amenities were missing or didn’t work properly, and the bathroom was in terrible shape, with broken fittings and poor hygiene. Requests were ignored or dealt with without any urgency. The staff were extremely unprofessional and completely unhelpful, as if customer satisfaction didn’t matter. I’d strongly advise staying far away. There are much better options, and this place needs serious improvement in cleanliness, service, and management.
