Hotel Azul Ganga

The staff were a real highlight, especially the receptionist, who was polite, helpful, and cooperative. They never said no to a guest request. I asked to have my room cleaned twice in one day, and they took care of it without complaint. Our stay at Azul Ganga was superb. The room and washroom were very clean and well maintained, and the whole property was neat and tidy. I’d love to book here again when I visit Rishikesh and will recommend it to others. It was a fantastic experience for me.

The location of Azul Ganga Hotel makes getting around Rishikesh easy, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s a good choice for tourists wanting a peaceful stay near Ganga and major attractions. Many guests who stay here rent a bike, scooty, or motorcycle from us to visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and nearby temples. We offer bike rental services in Rishikesh, and the hotel is a convenient base for local travel. Recommended for travelers looking for a hotel stay alongside reliable bike rental service. 🏍️ — Namaste Uttarakhand Bike on Rent

For Rs 2800, the rooms are far too small. I was also shocked that they charged for food for an infant under 1 year old. Bottles provided were only 0.5 ml, and there seemed to be too much cost cutting everywhere. The most ridiculous thing was a board listing charges for every missing item. When I arrived, a few items were already missing, so I had to call reception to verify what was actually there. The place felt like a strict hostel with tiny rooms and no hospitality at all. A really bad experience. Don’t trust the ratings here.

I wasn’t staying at the property, but I went in while I was hanging out in the nearby market because I needed to use the washroom. The staff were welcoming and extremely courteous, and helped me without hesitation even though I wasn’t a guest. I really appreciated their polite attitude and hospitality. I also unexpectedly ran into my school-time buddy, Ajay Semwal, which made the visit even more interesting.
