Hotel brijwasi palace

Don’t visit, it was a very bad experience and the service was awful. The flush in the bathroom didn’t work, but they refused to move us to another room. There wasn’t even a mirror in the room.

Very poor quality. As a token for a female, they are not the right person.

I booked without checking the ratings and regretted it. The room cost 3500 per day for six people, but was old and poorly arranged, and needs renovation. Even the fan and switchboard didn’t work properly. The owner was rude and arrogant, and the staff seemed amateur. There was no mineral water service for guests, and I didn’t feel this was safe for a family. We stayed one day in this horrible hotel. I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

We booked this pathetic place for two days because Holi was coming up and it was the last option. We usually choose good hotels, but didn’t have enough time to read reviews before booking. The rooms looked nothing like the website photos and were dirty, with furniture and electronics in bad shape and not working. They claim to offer free Wi-Fi, but there wasn’t any, and there was no room service. When we asked for help, they told us to clean ourselves; if we insisted, they blamed us and picked a fight. Suggesting improvements politely also upset them, and they started humiliating us. The owners, a father and son, were abusive, aggressive, mannerless, and unprofessional. They showed no respect for customers, especially women and elderly people, and acted as if they were doing guests a favour by giving them rooms. It was a horrific vacation with family, a nightmare experience. Their mindset is not normal. This hotel is a big no if you want to enjoy your holiday.
