The location was the only good thing about this stay. The last 50 mtr is a very narrow gali, and everything else felt worth no stars: cleanliness 0, bedsheet and pillow 0, washroom 0, service 0. Tea took 40 minutes. Accessibility gets 1 only because of that narrow approach. There's no restaurant or serving area. The tap was broken, the shower didn't work, and there was no dustbin in either the room or washroom. Open wires were where the bed lamp should be. The staff were a bunch of youngsters, probably with some below 18. The place has multiple names, which makes it seem like a fraud. MakeMyTrip calls it a 3 star hotel, but it seemed like just a budget hotel. I saw CCTV connection wire, but no camera in the corridor. The owner has built the place and apparently left it to the staff. Pretty much a useless stay. Some photos attached.

The view was good, the staff were helpful, and the room was pretty good overall. The washrooms were clean too. There weren't many channels on the TV, and I only had breakfast there, so I can't say much about the food. I'd take off a star because the sheets weren't very clean. The rest was good.

The view was damn awesome, even though the rooms were only okay-ish. Getting there was a pain: the hotel is in a very narrow lane, with no signs to point the way.

They said there was no cleaning staff, so the rooms and corridor weren't cleaned. The three stars are for the Ganga view near the hotel.

The river Ganges view was great, and the staff were amazing and super helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious.
