The facilities were in poor shape: the swimming pool didn’t work, the 8-ball pool table was broken, and so were the table tennis setup and treadmill. More than half the lights around the lawn were out, and the food wasn’t great. It’s about 20 km from Laxman Jhula, and staff service is very poor.

We loved the peaceful stay and will visit again soon. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and room service was very good. The food was delicious, and the rooms were superb. It’s a nice, well-maintained property with good rooms and a great design. The interiors are awesome. Largest Luxury Resort in chilla.

Food quality and taste were very good, and the whole staff were helpful and courteous. Ajit ji and Vijay / Ajju gave especially appreciated service. The management should address the missing basics and maintenance issues to improve the experience. During our family visit last weekend, we found no bathroom wiper, no mat outside the bathroom, and no hand towels. The bathing area needs a partition because the whole bathroom gets wet. The shower area by the swimming pool was very dirty and had no lights. The room TV had no recharge, and WiFi was very weak with connectivity problems. The property is quiet, about 30 minutes from Har ki pauri and near Raja ji park. The view was just okay. I’d rate the overall experience 70/100. Thanks.

We paid 12K for two rooms, and both had broken balcony glass, which didn’t feel secure. The owner’s way of dealing with customers was also awful, especially if you’re a woman. He used GHATIYA language and got personal. The manager and staff seemed depressed by the owner, and even if they wanted to help, they couldn’t. Our two families didn’t get dinner until midnight. We also saw a woman who had been trying for two hours late at night to get food for her child and still couldn’t. It was ridiculous.
